Plastic Packaging - The Importance of Healthy Food

Plastic Packaging - The Importance of Healthy Food

Plastic packaging is widely used in many industries and currently plays a crucial role in the field of healthy food. It can protect food quality, effectively protect food from external pollution, and maintain the quality characteristics of food such as moisture, color, odor, and freshness without changing. Plastic packaging can help slow down the rate of food spoilage by blocking oxygen and moisture, thereby extending the shelf life of food and reducing food waste caused by food spoilage. It usually has the characteristics of lightweight and durability, making food more convenient and safe during storage and transportation. Qualified plastic packaging materials can prevent harmful bacteria and other pollutants from entering food, thereby ensuring food safety. In summary, the importance of plastic packaging for healthy food cannot be ignored. However, it should be noted that the quality and safety of plastic packaging directly affect the safety of food and the health of consumers. Therefore, when choosing and using plastic packaging, it is necessary to ensure that it meets relevant hygiene standards and minimize its impact on the environment.

The transparent polypropylene market is growing rapidly

The transparent polypropylene market is growing rapidly

Transparent polypropylene is a new type of thermoplastic transparent plastic, which has better heat resistance and lower price compared to transparent polyester, transparent polystyrene, and transparent polyvinyl chloride. This transparent polypropylene is suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and vacuum forming. It can be used to prepare transparent polypropylene sheets and various transparent beverage cups, bowls, plates, and boxes made from transparent sheets. It can also be used to prepare disposable medical syringes and various daily necessities. Its processing temperature range is very wide. A processing temperature of 200-270 C will not cause discoloration or other issues. The products prepared from transparent polypropylene have high transparency and smoothness, as well as high toughness, rigidity, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. Dibenzylidene sorbitol (hf-01, hf-03) is a plastic transparent nucleating agent produced by American technology and has been used in many brands of PP and PE products. When the dosage is between 0.1.5-0.3%, the atomization of PP sheet can be reduced by 70%, while the atomization of LLDPE blown film and sheet can be reduced by 61% and 74% respectively. The strength of PP product can be increased by 8-10%, the heat-resistant temperature of PP product can be increased by 9-10 ° C, and the molding period of the product can be increased by more than twice. The transparency of plastic products can be greatly improved, and the mechanical properties of plastic products can be greatly enhanced.
